Third Norris Peters agreement for printing dos caritas, Washington, D. C., 16 November 1914

This agreement made and entered into this 16th day of November A. D. 1914 . by and between Lazaro de la Garza through his personal representative R. E. Navarro, party of the first part and The Norris Peters Co., party of the second part whereby the party of the second part agrees to furnish to the party of the first part nine million, nine hundred fifteen thousand notes for the state of Chihuahua, Mexico of the following denominations:

3,000,000  notes of cincuenta centavos 1,500,000 pesos
4,500,000     "      " un peso 4,500,000     "
1,200,000     "      " cinco pesos 6,000,000     "
900,000     "      " diez pesos 9,000,000     "
225,000     "      " veinte pesos 4,500,000     "
90,000     "      " cincuenta pesos 4,500,000     "
9,915,00     30,000,000     "

 
The party of the first part agrees to furnish the original stones and engravings from which to make these notes.
The party of the second part agrees to lithograph and print these notes in a satisfactory manner on paper of the same grade and quality as specimen bills are printed upon and will use first class bank note ink, matching colors on specimen bills which have been submitted.
The party of the second part agrees to number these bills as per instructions attached hereto, cut in sheets of four and pack ready for shipment.
For and in consideration of the services rendered as above the party of the first part agrees to pay to the party of the second part the sum of twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000.00), U.S. gold, payment to be made as follows; Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) in advance at the time of signing this contract, nine thousand dollars ($9,000.00) in equal instalments as the work is finished and accepted, in proportion of the work done.
