The Banco de Sonora notes were also used as the basis for various ornate designs.

These have ‘AMERICA’ across the top and many changes, mostly to the front. George W. Randolph (Confederate Secretary of War) is at the left, Alexander H. Stephens (Confederate Vice President) at the right and the eagle from Whitman play money at the centre.

These have a portrait of Andrew Jackson at the left, and a collage of vignettes from El Banco de Sonora notes with a large ‘ONE’ at bottom.

There is also a Confederate States of America replica with the front of a $50 Confederate note, number 7865, and the back a reproduction of the back of the $50 Banco de Sonora note with the legend obliterated.
