Again, these were overprinted on more than one machine.

These controls would appear to have used the initials of leading insurgents: Emilio Madero, Fidel Avila (rather than Felipe Angeles), Francisco Villa, Luis Herrera, Maclovio Herrera, Rosalio Hernández, Silvestre Terrazas, Toribio Ortega, Trinidad Rodríguez, Tomás Urbina, Eugenio Aguirre Benavides, José E. Rodríguez, Luis Aguirre Benavides, and Roque González Garza.

T-O appears on counterfeit notes (see Counterfeit $5 Type 1).

400,000 notes printed by Norris Peters under the 8 October 1914 contract and dispatched on 17 November 1914LG papers, 6-C-28, letter Navarro, Washington to Luis Gaxiola, El Paso. 9 December 1914. These are Series C, numbered 600001 to 1000000, and have a circular black Tesorería seal and Type 3b horizontal control letters on back.

1,200,000 notes printed by Norris Peters under the 16 November 1914 contract and dispatched over four days in late November 1914, thusLG papers, 6-C-28, letter Navarro, Washington to Luis Gaxiola, El Paso. 9 December 1914:

These were Series H and had the date ENERO 1915. The first had scalloped black Tesorería seal and horizontal Type 5 or Type 6 sans-serif control letters on the back
