Third Norris Peters printing

900,000 notes printed by Norris Peters under the 16 November 1914 contract and dispatched in two consignments: 780,000 notes (Series D, 750001 to 1530000) on 5 December and 120,000 (Series D, 1530001 to 1650000) on 8 December. Within this range were circular red Tesorería seal and Type 3b and Type 3c control letters on back.

The third consignment was received in Chihuahua on 11 February 1915: on the same day 38,000 notes from the last consignment arrived in Chihuahua whilst the remaining 2,000 notes were sent back to ChicagoLG papers, 2-F-51, letter from S. C. de la Garza, El Paso, to L. de la Garza, Torreón, 19 March 1915; LG papers, 2-F-52/3-H-24, letter from S. Vargas, Chihuahua, to L. de la Garza, El Paso, 8 March 1915.

These mainly had red scalloped Tesorería seal and horizontal Type 5 sans-serif control letters.
