We know of a 10c note from August 1914 with the signature of Francisco Lara. These would be redeemed in the Tesorería Municipal in quantities of five pesos.

Presidencia Municipal

A 10c blue on white cartón, dated 24 April 1915[image needed]. On the reverse is a handstamped 'JUAN M. HERNANDEZ, APAM. EDO. DE HIDALGO'.

 Juan M. Hernández was a businessman (comerciante) who was presidente municipal of Apam in 1920-1921 and again in 1924-1925 while his son Ernesto was presidente municipal in 1928-1929 and again in 1932-1933.
