Avenida Brasíl 113 was the store of J. Martínez Sanza y Cía.^{El Informador, 31 October 1921}.

This note is dated 8 March 1919 but the offers are for the pre-Christmas period (Las Posadas that ran from 16 to 24 December) and the New Year so it actually dates to November or December of some year.

So this is either using a generic template made by the Mexican Not Co. (sic) with El Competidor’s details added or more likely, because of the way the elements coalesce, a template made specifically for the El Competidor store, dated March 1919, but used later with a seasonal offer on the reverse.
